Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rapper who is known for his unique style. Baker was born on April 22, 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. to the family of English Scottish and German ancestry is famous for his distinctive way of performing. When he was a kid Baker, he spent a good deal of time traveling along with his parents who were missionaries. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment and his mom Sonia Alane left them when the age of nine. Baker along with his father moved to Denver, where they lived in the home of his dad's aunt. Baker experienced bullying from kids in the neighborhood due to due to his poverty. In the sixth grade, Baker began to listen to rap. Colson Kelly was born as Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989 in Texas. His music is known for mixing modern hip-hop styles with rock. Baker made four mixtapes in the period before joining Bad Boy Records between 2007-2010. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper was a household name following his transition from self-releasing his mixtapes, to working for reputed record labels. His career took off immediately, and all of his records making the top 10 of charts.
